The newly appointed Director of Human Resources and Administration (DHR&A), Dr. Emiola Olatubosun Luqman (MNIM), began his career at the Communication Unit of Kwara TVs Programs Department in 1999. In 2000, he joined Associated Maritime Services Ltd (AMS), Port Harcourt.
He worked in various critical units of the organization during this period, including Communication, Payroll in 2000, and Treasury in 2003.
A graduate of Usman Dan Fodio University, Sokoto (1997), he earned his Master’s of Public Administration (MPA) (Management and Leadership Application) from the University of Ilorin, Kwara State (2001).
In 2007, he earned his second Master’s degree (MSc) from the University of Port Harcourt, focusing on government and politics in Nigeria.
Additionally, he holds a PhD in Commerce from the Bilingual University Institute of Togo (2020).
Between 2020 and 2023, Dr Emiola was the Special Assistant (SA) to former President Muhammad Buhari and the Personal Assistant to the former Chief of Staff to the President, Prof. Ibrahim Gambari.
An active member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (MNIM), he is a skilled professional with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and customer service.
