The Managing Director/CE FAAN, Mrs Olubunmi Kuku today , held a meeting with all Heads of Security Agencies of Murtala Muhammed Airport to flag off the “ Operation Air Clean” exercise which aims to focus on key areas of passenger facilitation at the airport.
The initiative sets out to:
Enhance inter- agency collaboration
– Streamline passenger search process
– Improve passenger facilitation for a better travel experience.
– Total eradication of extortion and harassment of passengers.
– stamp out touting activities at the airport.
This is one of several initiatives put in place to improve passenger experience at our Airports.
