He later worked at AlICO Pension Managers Limited (Now FCMB Pensions Limited), a Licensed Pension Fund Administrator, as Head Financial Control & Reporting and later Head, Contribution (Operations) and before leaving APML, he was a Senior Research Analyst & Portfolio Manager in the Investment Department (with over 75 billion Pension Assets Under Management).
He then proceeded to become the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at IGI Pension Fund Managers Limited (Now Radix Pension Managers Limited), CFO at Mentex consulting Limited, CrO at Avon Medical Practice and was the Group Chief Financial Officer at VFD Group Plc. Ayodele is a Fellow of the lInstitute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and has over 40 years working experience with over 17 years post-professional qualification experience.
