Customer Service Department of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) concluded her 2024 Customer Service Week with a ceremony featuring presentation of awards and the launch of a newly furnished Passenger Lounge at the D Wing of Departure Hall of Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos.
The event was graced by several dignitaries, including FAAN’s Managing Director, Mrs. Olubunmi Kuku, who was represented by the Director of Public Affairs and Consumer Protection, Mrs. Obiageli Orah. Also in attendance were Mrs. Nnenna Akajemeli, National Coordinator of SERVICOM Presidency; Mrs. Bridget Gold, Director of Legal Services; and Mr. Olatokunbo Arewa, Regional General Manager for the South West.
