Adebola Joy Agunbiade is an accomplished and innovative years of experience specialising in Business Development, People Management, Financial Goal Attainment, Microcredit Loans Management, Strategic Goal Setting, Project Finance, Risk Management, and Effective Fund Management for diverse local and international organisations.
Mrs. Agunbiade has served in several roles including as the Group Head, SME Banking Division, Guaranty Trust Bank Plc, Abuja, Retail Services Officers – Royal Bank of Scotland Group – NATWEST Bank PIc, Manchester – UK, and Internship Programme (Finance and Marketing Intelligence) – NNPC, London Office among others.
During her stellar career, she has Pioneered the development of a new credit product for the Small and Medium Enterprises Division, resulting in a significant increase in revenue for the bank and a 25% increase in profits in the first year.
Adedola successfully marketed a financial Institution’s products and services to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), achieving NI5 billion in sales within 9 months, created and led a new division, achieving exceptional growth by increasing the customer base and Financial Figures from zero to 200% in just one year.
She also Initiated and led the establishment of the Total Quality Management division in the Abuja branch of the bank, which led to a 50% increase in staff compliance with the organisation’s established processes and standards.
Ms. Agunbiade has an MSc in Energy Finance from the University of Dundee, United Kingdom and has participated in certifications and trainings across the globe.
